Oz Pathology is a histopathology service that performs all the testing on site in Darwin. This includes the testing of tissue samples or biopsies collected by the surgeon or GP. The sample is processed so that the histopathologist can examine it under the microscope and make a diagnostic assessment. The laboratory also has an extensive range of special stains to aide in the diagnostic process and also confirmatory and diagnostic immunohistochemistry antibodies.
